With Jesus lifting you, and embraced by his Paraclete as your life vest, it's not "sink or swim". He keeps you afloat in the coldest, deepest waters.

But first, you have to surrender to the water and drown.

The mainstream churches?

An empty life vest with a line attached to it, thrown out into the turbulent water. "We're 'fishers of men', alright! Who knows, someday we might even CATCH one!"

The established church?

Empty seats, and an empty life vest. "By golly, if they'll just come in the door, we're ready for 'em!"
